For high-value orders (e.g., flagship smartphones), our representative may call or WhatsApp you for order confirmation before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location:
Local & Punjab (Depalpur, Okara, Lahore, Faisalabad, etc.): 1 to 2 business days.
Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Quetta): 2 to 4 business days.
Remote Areas: 3 to 5 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Accessories: A flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 applies to standard accessory orders.
Smartphones: Shipping charges for mobile phones are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and insurance requirements.
(Note: You can update these exact rates in your WooCommerce backend based on your actual courier contracts).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. You can use this ID to monitor your shipment directly on our Track Order page or via the respective courier’s website.
6. Safe Transit & High-Value Shipments
Because we handle sensitive electronics, every smartphone is packed under strict CCTV surveillance. We utilize multiple layers of bubble wrap and security-sealed flyer bags to protect your device against physical damage or theft during transit.
7. Receiving Your Parcel (Important)
Do Not Accept Damaged Parcels: Please inspect the courier flyer before accepting it. If the flyer is torn, the security seal is broken, or the package appears tampered with, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Reporting Issues: If you open the parcel and find an item missing or damaged, you must report it to our customer support via WhatsApp or call at +92 311 0000146 within 24 hours of receiving the package.
