2. Product Information and PTA Status
2.1. PTA Approval: We guarantee that all smartphones sold by Cell City Mobiles (unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific gaming/non-PTA devices) are 100% Official PTA Approved. 2.2. Product Condition: We sell both brand-new (box-packed) and pre-owned (used) devices. The condition of pre-owned devices is thoroughly checked and transparently communicated to the buyer before purchase. 2.3. Accessories: All accessories (chargers, cables, earbuds) are tested for quality. We do not sell low-grade knockoffs.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1. Price Fluctuations: The mobile phone market is subject to frequent price changes due to currency rates and stock availability. Prices listed on our website or social media are subject to change without prior notice. 3.2. Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Direct Bank Transfers (Raast/1Link), JazzCash, and Easypaisa. 3.3. Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for eligible orders. We may require a small advance payment (delivery charges) for high-value items to confirm the order.
4. Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges
4.1. Brand New Phones: Box-packed phones come with their official brand warranty (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi). Any hardware or software claims must be directed to the official brand service centers. 4.2. Pre-Owned Phones (7-Day Checking): We provide a 7-day checking warranty for pre-owned phones. This covers internal hardware or software faults. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or issues caused by third-party software installations after purchase. 4.3. No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for “change of mind” (buyer’s remorse). If a pre-owned device has a valid, verifiable fault within the 7-day checking period, we will repair it or exchange it for a device of equal value. 4.4. Accessory Warranty: Accessories are sold with a checking warranty at the counter. Please test your chargers and cables upon receiving them.
5. Phone Trade-Ins (Buy, Sell, and Exchange)
5.1. Ownership: If you are selling or exchanging your old phone with us, you must be the legal owner of the device. 5.2. Verification: For security and legal compliance, you must provide a valid CNIC copy when selling your phone to Cell City Mobiles. 5.3. Valuation: Trade-in values are determined by our staff based on the phone’s physical condition, battery health, market demand, and included accessories. Our quoted price is final.

6.1. Accuracy: We strive to keep our website stock and details updated. However, we do not guarantee that every product is always in stock at the exact moment you view it online.
